Drafting Simple Affidavits or Declarations

For routine factual declarations, such as confirming service of documents or verifying identity, a legal assistant uses an LLM to draft the basic affidavit structure. They provide the affiant's details and the core facts to be attested to, and the AI generates the standard format and introductory/concluding language. The draft is then carefully reviewed for factual accuracy by the affiant and supervising attorney.
